We first met each other during in June 2020 during an online book club. Thu's friend, Huyen, invited her to meet other people and participate in our activities. Because of the pandemic, we didn't meet in person for a few months

In August 2020, Huyen invited Thu to meet me at one of my favorite restaurants, where we met for the first time. After we were done eating, I offered to take her home since she didn't have a ride. That was when we really got to know each other more. A few days later, Thu, Huyen, another friend, and I went around Huntington Beach to visit various activities, such as Sunset Beach and Bolsa Chica Trail. I did one of my favorite jobs there, which is providing photography for them. It was a really fun experience.

I started hanging out with Thu a lot more. I invited her to various places and activities so that she could get the wonderful California experience. During these experiences, I started developing feelings for her, as she is sweet, fun to hang out with, and enjoyable to talk to. I asked her out on a date, and to my surprise, she said yes.

Our first date was at Laguna Beach on January 2021, and it was one of the best days of my life. We did so many activities that day and I took a lot of photos of her and the environment. After we went on a few dates, she developed a feelings for me. We officially became a couple that same month.

We've dated each other for about 2 years. On September 18, 2023, we officially got married. It was the best day ever when we dedicated ourselves to being part of each of our lives forever. We were grateful to be surrounded by friends, family, and everyone close to us to witness that special moment.
